Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga links movement and breath into a continuous flow. The dynamic sequence of movement creates focus and energy, drawing the body, breath, and mind into one.
What to expect:
A physically challenging yoga practice with movements that flow from one pose to the next in a steady fashion
Flowing from standing poses to floor poses and back up, including weight-bearing exercises for arms like planks
Options to modify poses and use props including blocks and straps
Deep stretching
End of practice rest and meditation
Gentle Yoga
A gentle practice that aims to leave you feeling spacious, grounded, and deeply relaxed. This is appropriate for all levels.

Time to tune in to yourself
Slow flowing warm-up
Holding poses in a comfortable and steady way
Deep stretching
Using the breath to deepen your practice
Rest and meditation
Slow Flow Yoga
These classes include traditional yoga poses, breath work, and meditation. We offer modifications as needed. In this yoga practice you have time to move into a pose and connect mind, breath and body. We often hold poses to allow for individual adjustments, to find what is working in the moment. Our focus is strength, balance and flexibility.
What to expect:

Attention to the breath and breath work

Adaptive Yoga
Adaptive Yoga is great for people of all different abilities. We use chairs, blocks and straps to modify poses to fit our bodies and abilities. Our focus is building strength, balance, flexibility, respiratory capacity and mental well-being.
In-studio participants should bring a yoga mat. If you attend online, you will need a yoga mat, sturdy chair or two, and a strap.
What to expect:
Practice standing or seated in a chair
Time to move into and out of poses, holding poses
Warm up movement with the breath, including modified Sun Salutations
Working poses, including Warrior poses, to build strength, balance and focus
Balancing poses like Tree with extra support as needed
Seated poses using a chair
Options to do end of practice stretching using a chair or moving to the floor
End of practice rest and meditation
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a unique technology that uses a blend of breathwork, repetitive movements, sustained postures, mantra and meditation in specific sequences (or Kriyas) to balance and optimize the body systems, strengthen resilience to stress and strain, deepen spiritual connection and more. Each class can be easily modified to provide the just-right challenge and level of restoration.
What to expect:
Option to practice in a chair
Mantras (chanting) You can chant, listen, or hum along.
Breath work
Movement that is repeated for a set length of time
Deep relaxation
Mudras (Hand gestures) and Meditation
